Michael Sussman – Chairman


Michael Sussman is the founder of OnTrackAmerica, serving as its President and Chairman. He has also been the president of Strategic Rail Finance since its inception in 1994. Mr. Sussman has created a comprehensive program for expanding private and public sector capitalization of rail and intermodal transportation projects. In the last fourteen years, he has coordinated financing for projects in 23 states. During twelve years of work with the federal government, Michael has preserved the autonomy to speak and act in the best interests of the transportation industry and the country by self-funding all of Strategic Rail’s government relations activities in Washington and across the United States. Michael has convened two transportation industry briefings in the U.S. Capitol Building, most recently on December 11, 2008 with thirty industry and government leaders.


Jeff DeLone


Jeff DeLone is a financial planner with over 20 years of experience working with business owners, executives and professionals. Jeff's expertise in financial engineering enables him to provide unique strategies to create and protect individuals’ wealth. Jeff's business is located in Newtown Square, Pa. Jeff has acted in many volunteer leadership roles in local and international organizations. He is also the proud father of two daughters, Aubrey and Krista DeLone.


Ali Richardson


Ali Richardson is co-founder of Coda Program, a Philadelphia children's music education company. Ali combines outstanding music skills and a creative mind with an ability to relate with, teach, and inspire young people to express their innate musical talent. Ali has a BS in Educational Design from Lehigh University. Ali has been instrumental in OnTrackAmerica's conception since 2004.


Andrew Liberty


Andrew Liberty is a life-long resident of Philadelphia. Andrew graduated from Penn State University. He founded Aestetic Enterprises Corp. in 1977, an avant-garde, home furnishings, interior design, and space planning firm. Andrew is now senior partner in Andrew Liberty Interiors and is a real estate developer in the Philadelphia area. Andrew is one of the founding members of the Philadelphia chapter of the International Interior Design Association. Andrew has been involved in many charitable organizations.


Peter Michaelson


A Wharton MBA, Peter Michaelson is currently owner of Navis Pack & Ship of Philadelphia, a franchise business which specializes in custom packaging and shipping of “hard-to-ship” items for small businesses and households. Peter’s corporate career included positions as Chief Marketing Officer for Precedent Insurance, Senior Vice President of Marketing for OfficeMax and direct marketing management for companies such as IBM, R.J. Reynolds and J. Crew. He was also a founding partner in one of the most successful Internet services firms in the Midwest.


Albert A. Mazzone


Al Mazzone has three decades of experience serving on non-profit boards. These organizations have included several suburban Philadelphia orchestras and a national Youth-at-Risk program. He joined the board of OnTrackAmerica in the third quarter of 2009. In his thirty-five year business career, he has been either a senior executive or principal of numerous enterprises, including a wine importing company, a computer manufacturer, an office furniture manufacturer, and a technology development company. Outside of work and volunteering, Mr. Mazzone devotes his time to being a husband, father of two sons, and an abstract painter.


Eugene N. Cipriani


Eugene N. Cipriani is a corporate lawyer who worked for the United States Railway Association (USRA) and for the Southeastern Pennsylvania Transportation Authority (SEPTA) in Philadelphia, PA. His practice areas include railroad title, real estate, contracts, public utility, environmental and regulatory law. Following his retirement from SEPTA after 30 years and during his pursuit of new job opportunities, he joined the Regional Citizens Committee of the Delaware Valley Regional Planning Commission and was a hearing examiner for SEPTA for the 2010 Annual Service Plan.
